Strategic Tripartite MoU with Calsoft and Natronix-India: The Board approved entering into a Strategic Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) and Natronix-India, for collaboration in research, development, design and intellectual property creation of semiconductor chips, artificial intelligence and related advanced technology solutions, and authorized the Head Operations & Whole-Time Director to negotiate, finalize and execute the said MoU on behalf of the Company. SPEL shall be responsible for Assembly, Test, Mark and Package operations while Natronix-India will be responsible for Semiconductor IC design and Design IP.
