Intimation For Closure of Trading Window w.e.f. 01st July 2026.

IEL Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This measure, mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, aims to prevent insider trading prior to the declaration of the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
