A copy of the aforementioned results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon, is enclosed herewith as Annexure I. The details of the extent and nature of security created and maintained with respect to the Listed Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company are set out in the Notes to the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
