Shareholders meeting

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited successfully held its 53rd Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2026, and announced that all resolutions were duly approved by shareholders. Key resolutions passed included the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2026, confirmation of interim dividend and declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of Director Samir Mehta, and ratification of cost auditor remuneration.
