Closure of Trading Window for the quarter ended June 30, 2026

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure complies with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board Meeting convened to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
