Further, the suspension order earlier granted by the Hon’ble Court/Authority has been extended and shall continue to remain in force until the next date of hearing. The Company is yet to receive the copy of the adjournment order. The same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges upon receipt by the Company. The Company shall continue to monitor the proceedings and make further disclosures as and when any material development occurs, in accordance with applicable laws.
