Nayana Ovalekar as Executive Director for Vertical 2, subject to completion of the due process of her appointment, the Governing Board of the Company, at its meeting held on Friday, June 19, 2026 (i.e. today), has considered and approved the following: 1. Appointment of Smt. Nayana Ovalekar (DIN: 02195513) as Executive Director for Vertical 2 and continue to hold the position of Chief Regulatory Officer & Compliance Officer under the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, until such time a new incumbent is appointed: The Governing Board of CDSL on June 19, 2026, approved the appointment of Smt. Nayana Ovalekar (DIN: 02195513) as Executive Director for Vertical 2 (Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management and Investor Grievances), on the Governing Board of CDSL for a term of five (5) years in accordance with the SEBI letter. The said appointment shall be effective from June 19, 2026, to June 18, 2031, subject to ratification by Shareholder’s. Further, the Governing Board has approved that, in addition to aforesaid she shall continue to hold the position of Chief Regulatory Officer & Compliance Officer under the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, until such time a new incumbent is appointed.
