The details of the extent and nature of security created and maintained with respect to the Listed Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company are set out in the Notes to the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 117364W/W100739) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company (based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for FY 2026-27 until the conclusion of the AGM to be held for FY 2031-32, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
