Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

CISTRO Telelink Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, including Promoters, Directors, Auditors, Key Managerial Personnel, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 01, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results.
