Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

International Gemological Institute Ltd (IGIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these results are officially declared, with the date of the Board Meeting to be intimated later.
