Resignation of Mrs. Abira Mansuri from the post of Company Secretary, Compliance officer and Nodal officer of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mrs. Abira Mansuri, has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) and Nodal Officer of the Company, due to better Opportunity. She tendered her resignation vide letter dated 29th July, 2026 and will be relieved from her responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on 29th July, 2026. Ltd., which is a Joint Venture between “Stitched Textiles Limited” and World of “Viru”, for business operation and development of the brand “VS” of legendary India cricketer VS-Virender Sehwag. He was also the CEO of Vaxtex Cotfab Limited, an NSE Emerge Listed company, having its operations into Textile fabric manufacturing business. He possesses extensive experience in finance, business strategy, corporate management, and the textile industry. 5.
