Intimation for Closure of Trading Window

Bharat Global Developers Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This measure is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of financial disclosures.
