Trading Window

Rallis India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from June 24, 2026. This measure complies with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Tata Code of Conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the Board Meeting, which will be held to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This closure prevents insiders from trading based on unpublished price-sensitive information, ensuring fair market practices for all investors ahead of the upcoming quarterly results.
