Allotment of 30,888 Equity Shares under Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024

Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd has announced the allotment of 30,888 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2024. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each, were allotted at an exercise price of Rs. 4 per share to the Lloyds Employees Welfare Trust. Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital has increased to 56,29,06,951 equity shares.
