Existing capacity Total existing capacity is around 15 Lakh motorcycles per year at Oragadam and Vallam Vadagal (Tamil Nadu), as of 29th July 2026. In addition, the Company previously announced a brownfield capacity expansion plan at Cheyyar plant (Tamil Nadu). The brownfield expansion is in progress and is expected to be completed by FY 2027-28, post which, the combined capacity at the three plants will reach up-to 20 Lakh motorcycles per year. 2. Existing capacity The capacity of around 15 Lakh motorcycle units per year is utilization approaching full utilisation. 3. Proposed capacity The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, addition 29th July 2026, has approved investment of Rs. 1,225 Crore for the Phase-I of the Greenfield expansion in Andhra Pradesh, which at full utilisation can produce an additional up-to 4.5 Lakh motorcycles per year. 4.
