In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has today i.e. on 29th
July, 2026 at about 11.05 a.m. (IST) initiated payment of penalty amount of INR 10.46 lakhs for
releasing vehicle which was detained by the GST Authority, The Company will file necessary appeal
against such actions by the GST Authority.
The relevant details to be disclosed are as under:
