Star Paper Mills Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, KMPs, and Designated Persons. This closure will be effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company publicly declares its financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct for preventing insider trading.
