Options to purchase securities

Lloyds Metals And Energy Limited has announced the grant of 17,049 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under its "Lloyds Metals and Energy Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2024". The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved these options via a circular resolution. The options have an exercise price of Rs. 4 per option and a minimum vesting period of one year, exercisable within 12 months from vesting. This grant is in compliance with SEBI regulations.
