Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“NRC”) of the Board of Directors of the Company way
of circular resolution passed on 23rd June, 2026 has approved, the grant of 17,049 (Seventeen
Thousand and Forty Nine Only) Employee Stock Options (“Options”) under the “Lloyds Metals and
Energy Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2024” (“LLOYDS ESOP-2024” / “Plan”).
The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Clause B(10) of
Annexure 18 of SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024
(“Disclosure Circular”) are enclosed hereto as Annexure - A.
