Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 20,86,91,584 (Rupees Twenty Crore Eighty-Six Lakhs Ninety-One Thousand and Five Hundred and Eighty-Four only) divided into 10,43,45,792 (Ten Crore Forty-Three Lakhs Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety-Two) fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each to Rs. 20,87,58,434 (Rupees Twenty Crore Eighty-Seven Lakhs Fifty-Eight Thousand and Four Hundred and Thirty-Four only) divided into 10,43,79,217 (Ten Crore Forty-Three Lakhs Seventy-Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Seventeen) fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.
