sel wities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1% July, 2026 and the same shall
remain closed till the forty-eight hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the
Company for the Quarter ended 30" June, 2026 (both days inclusive) to the Stock Exchange, for trading
by all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) /Insiders.
The datc of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial
