Trading Window

International Gemological Institute Limited announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the impending declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after these financial results are made public. The company will intimate the Board Meeting date for considering these results in due course.
