In response to the observations, we are submitting herewith the revised Corporate Announcement, incorporating the required details as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, along with an explanation for the delay in disclosure in Annexure A appended with this letter. Upon Reason for Delay in identification of the error, the Company has promptly made the Disclosure requisite disclosure to the Stock Exchange. The delay in disclosure was neither intentional nor deliberate but occurred due to a human error.
