Trading Window

Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board Meeting convened to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, aimed at preventing insider trading. The company will separately intimate the date of the forthcoming Board Meeting.
