Sub: Intimation for Closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Insider Trading - Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”), the
“Trading Window” for the purpose of trading in the securities / shares of the Company by its
Designated Persons (and their relatives) shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 till 48
(Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited
/ Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Further, the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited / Unaudited Financial
Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be intimated to you
separately.
In view of the above, all the Designated Persons (and their relatives) are advised not to trade in the
securities / shares of the Company during the period when the trading window remains closed.
(i.e. from July 1, 2026 until 48 Forty-Eight hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting).
