Lloyds Metals And Energy Limited announced the allotment of 30,888 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1/- each, were allotted at an exercise price of Rs. 4/- per share to the Lloyds Employees Welfare Trust. Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital increased to 56,29,06,951 equity shares. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares and have received in-principle approval from both BSE and NSE.
