We further wish to draw your a(cid:425)en(cid:415)on to our communica(cid:415)on dated 23rd April 2026 wherein we had informed about the receipt of the observa(cid:415)on le(cid:425)ers from the Stock Exchanges with “no adverse observa(cid:415)ons” in terms of Regula(cid:415)on 37 of the SEBI Lis(cid:415)ng Regula(cid:415)ons. In the context, we wish to further inform that the CCI, vide its le(cid:425)er dated 28th July 2026, has conveyed that it has approved the proposed combina(cid:415)on under sec(cid:415)on 31(1) of the Compe(cid:415)(cid:415)on Act, 2002. Copy of the said communica(cid:415)on is enclosed herewith. The same has also been uploaded on the website of the Company at h(cid:425)ps://www.godigit.com/investor-rela(cid:415)ons. The detailed order of CCI is awaited. The Scheme remains subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals inter alia approval of the NCLT, IRDAI and the shareholders.
