Regulations”)- Update on Insolvency Proceedings – Adjournment of Matter before
NCLAT
Ref: Suspension of NCLT order No.CP (IB)/58/7/AMR/2024 & Company Appeal (AT)
(CH) (Ins) No. 252/2026 (IA Nos.697, 698 & 717/2026)
Further to our intimation dated 15th June 2026 regarding the adjournment of the matter and
listing of the same for further hearing on 23rd June 2026, we hereby inform that at the hearing
held today, i.e., 23rd June 2026, the matter was adjourned and posted for orders on 30th July
2026.
Further, the suspension order earlier granted by the Hon’ble Court/Authority has been extended
and shall continue to remain in force until the next date of hearing.
The Company is yet to receive the copy of the adjournment order. The same shall be intimated
to the Stock Exchanges upon receipt by the Company.
The Company shall continue to monitor the proceedings and make further disclosures as and
when any material development occurs, in accordance with applicable laws.
This is for the information of the shareholders and stakeholders of the Company.
