Mayank Cattle Food Ltd has announced the re-appointment of its Managing Director, Mr. Bharatkumar Popatlal Vachhani, along with three Whole-time Directors: Mr. Ajay Popatlal Vachhani, Mr. Tanmai Ajaybhai Vachhani, and Mr. Mayank Bharatkumar Vachhani. Additionally, Mrs. Ekta Ankur Dholakia has been re-appointed as an Independent Director. All re-appointments are for a period of five years, effective from July 24, 2026, and are subject to shareholder approval.
