Intimation for Closure of Trading Window

India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ITDC) announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a standard compliance measure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as the financial results are expected to be placed before the Audit Committee and Board by August 14, 2026.
