Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Bank of India announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, their relatives, and connected persons. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Bank's internal code of conduct. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course.
