The venue of the meeting shall be deemed to be Registered Office of the Company at LNJ Nagar, Mordi, Banswara-327001, Rajasthan. Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, Company has fixed Thursday, 20t August 2026 as the “Cut-Off Date” for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the Annual General Meeting. The Company would be availing remote e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) prior to and during the AGM. The remote e-voting period commences on Monday, 24t August 2026 (9:00 a.m.) and end on Wednesday, 26th August 2026 (5:00 p.m.). Additionally, the Company will be providing e-voting system for casting vote during the AGM. Notice of 19t Annual General Meeting and Annual Report 2025-26 shall be sent in due course.
