Closure of Trading Window for the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026

KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in anticipation of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
