Intimation regarding Notice given to Shareholders for Transfer of equity Shares IEPF

Cenlub Industries Ltd has sent individual notices to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for the last seven consecutive years. This action is taken pursuant to SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, as their shares are liable for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority during the financial year 2026-27. Shareholders have until October 15, 2026, to claim their outstanding dividends to prevent the transfer of their equity shares to the IEPF.
