Sub.: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Regulations and
Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015- Receipt of approval from the Regional Director for
shifting of the registered office of the Company
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to our letter dated October 27, 2025, whereby the Company had intimated the
approval of the Board of Directors for shifting the registered office of the Company from the State of
Uttar Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra, subject to the approval of the Regional Director, Ministry
of Corporate Affairs.
We wish to inform you that the Company has received, on July 29, 2026, the Order dated July 28,
2026, passed by the Regional Director (Northern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, approving
the shifting of the registered office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the State of
Maharashtra and the consequent alteration of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, the new registered office of the Company will be:
Kailash Vaibhav G Wing, 3rd Floor, Park Site, Behind Godrej Colony, Vikhroli West, Mumbai
– 400079.
The Company is in the process of completing the necessary filings and intimations with the Registrar
of Companies and other statutory authorities, as may be applicable, to give effect to the aforesaid
change.
A copy of the Order received from the Regional Director is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
