Closure of Trading Window

Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is a routine compliance measure as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting for approving results will be announced subsequently.
