We also confirm that the Company was required to capture 0 (Zero) number of events from July 01, 2026 to July 29, 2026 and has captured 0 (Zero) number of the said required events. Further, the Company has made all the entries in the SDD Software in order to maintain the Structured Digital Database in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 3(5) and Regulation 3(6) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
