Further, the brief details of alteration to MoA, as required under clause 14 of para A of part A of Schedule III read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, of Listing Regulations are as follows: The Objects Clause of the MoA of the Company, is being made more comprehensive so as to cover a wide range of activities to enable the Company to consider embarking upon new projects and activities conveniently combined with the present business activities of the Company and further the object clause is being amended to cater requirements of power generation for captive use or external commercial supply.
