Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a standard compliance measure in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated subsequently.
