Kesar Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date for the Board meeting to consider the financial results will be intimated separately.
