Intimation of Closure of Trading window

Vinayak Polycon International Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, in anticipation of its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will remain closed for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the results are declared. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
