Mangalam Organics Limited announced the retirement of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Mr. Shrirang V. Rajule, effective June 30, 2026, upon attaining the prescribed retirement age. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Manoj Mhapadi, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, as the new CFO and KMP, effective July 01, 2026, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Vilaskumar Vaghela as Internal Auditor and M/s. NKJ & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
