Sunteck Realty Limited has incorporated two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, Eminara Realty Private Limited and Eminara Lifespace Private Limited, on June 20, 2026. Both entities are engaged in real estate and allied activities. Sunteck Realty has subscribed to 100% of the share capital of each subsidiary by investing ₹100,000 in each. This move establishes new corporate vehicles for potential future real estate projects and business expansion.
