Mangalam Organics Limited announced multiple board resolutions on June 23, 2026. Mr. Shrirang V. Rajule will retire as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel on June 30, 2026, upon attaining the age of retirement. Concurrently, Mr. Manoj Mhapadi, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, effective July 1, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Vilaskumar Vaghela as Internal Auditor and M/s. NKJ & Associates as Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This constitutes a routine management transition and auditor appointments.
