In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015 and other applicable statutory provisions, please find enclosed the Annual Report
for the year 2025-26, including the Notice convening the 40th Annual General Meeting
(“AGM”) of the Shareholders and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report,
which is being sent to the Shareholders through permitted mode.
The 40th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 at 10:30 AM at The
Music Academy, Kasturi Srinivasan Hall (Mini Hall), New No. 168, T.T.K. Road, Royapettah,
Chennai – 600 014, Tamil Nadu, India.
Pursuant to Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the
Company has fixed 18th August, 2026 as Cut-off date, to determine the entitlement of
voting rights of Members for voting, including remote e-voting, in respect of the business
to be transacted at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
