Bhalla as the "Chief Executive Officer - India Business" with effect from April 23, 2026, reporting to Global Chief Executive Officer. In light of the above, Mr. Rehan Hasan, Executive VP - Sales, Mr. Sriram Padmanabhan, Director - Healthcare and Mr. Abhishek Jugran, Director - HPC & Foods who are now reporting to Mr. Herjit S. Bhalla have ceased to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company. However, they continue to be associated with the Company in their respective roles.
