Sub: Intimation of closure of trading window
Dear Sir / Madam,
We are disclosing that a Board meeting of UTI Asset Management Company Limited (the
Company) has been scheduled on Wednesday, the 22nd July, 2026 inter-alia to:
i. consider and approve un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the
quarter ending 30th June, 2026; and
ii. discuss other general and business matters.
Accordingly, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring
and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’, the trading
window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the designated persons
and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, the 1st July, 2026 to Friday, the 24th July, 2026
(both days inclusive).
Further, in accordance with the relevant SEBI circulars, we confirm that we have frozen the PAN
of designated persons and their immediate relatives during the window closure period and also
updated the start and end date of window closure with our designated depository i.e. Central
Depository Services (India) Limited on 23rd June, 2026.
