amendments thereto and as per the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by
Designated Persons of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by
Designated Persons.
The trading window shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 till 48 hours after
the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due
course of time.
