Further, the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs State Department for Mining, at Mombasa has directed the suspension of exports of Soda Ash by TCML. The Company is fully compliant with all requisite regulations and continues to work with all authorities and agencies to uphold the highest standards of compliance. The Company is evaluating future options to appropriately pursue the matter.
