Intimation of Notice of Forfeiture sent to the Partly Paid-up Equity Shareholders of the company.

Cyber Media India Ltd has issued notices to forfeit 1,71,329 partly paid-up equity shares from a previous rights issue. These shares are being forfeited because the holders failed to pay the First & Final Call Money by the due date of April 07, 2026, despite multiple reminders. The forfeited shares will now become the property of the company, allowing it to re-allot or dispose of them.
