The Cut-off date for determining rights of entitlement of Remote e-voting is Friday, 21th August, 2026 for the purpose of Extra Ordinary General Meeting. Furthermore, the facility to cast their vote by electronic means i.e. ‘Remote e-voting’ and ‘e-voting system during the EGM’ will be providing and the remote e-voting shall commence on Monday, August 24, 2026 (9:00 AM.
