Intimation of closure of trading window for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd has announced a Board meeting scheduled for July 22, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from July 1, 2026, to July 24, 2026, to prevent insider trading. The company has also frozen the PANs of designated persons and updated the depository.
